I've seen this same book offered on ebay off and on through out the year. Considering how "out-of-it" Mary was since the muder of her husband -- and other deaths -- would she really own such a book as well as sign it?

I don't mind having the depress number 1 for English, but shouldn't they at least connect you with a customer service agent that speaks English fluently?
