Try checking EBay in the coming days. A lot of people go there to sell extra event tickets.

This is excellent! I remember that used to work back in the day for Springsteen concerts!

There's nothing on eBay.

Thomas, since a different time zone prevented me from getting the offered ticket, I will settle in this post permanently (btw, congrats to the winner).
I have contacted Ford's and they are considering to set up a waiting-list for people like us.

Has it been set up? I couldn't find anything on the theater website.

The person that answered my email wrote that she would suggest the idea of a waiting list to her superiors and notify as soon as it's up.
I'll let you know the minute I have any info!

I have two (2) tickets to the events at Ford's for Tuesday, April 14, 2015 | 12PM | Seats 41 and 42. Cost: $2.50. This is a special offer to any forum member who will use the tickets for him/herself. If seriously interested, please contact me via PM.

If looking to buy tickets and post them on eBay, forget it. My name is on the tickets and I do not want these tickets listed on any auction site. This is an honor-system offer and is offered to forum members only.

I understand from the website that the National Portrait Gallery will be live-streaming the Lincoln Commemoration. I think that's where I'll go to see it, unless a ticket lands in my lap between now and the 14th.
