Is that a typo that I didn't catch? Please tell me where it (the typo) is. Believe it or not, that's what my daughter called Virginia when she was about three. She also used to say "underbella" until one day Joan Chaconas said, "I thought it was an overbella." From that day on, she correctly pronounced umbrella. Laurie; Pg 8 line 13. Aug issue. I think I recognized the typo, only because that is the most common pronunciation of the word. Someone finally got it right.
And I can't blame that on anyone else 'cause I do the 150 Years Ago section (and never realized how long that war really was until I had to cull the information every month for the past four years! Check again, though because I only got the B wrong, the rest of the word is spelled correctly.
