Dr. Mudd Research Site

I have been using Bob Summers's website in preparing our new exhibit at Surratt House for 2013-14. I am amazed at the amount of research that he has done on Dr. Mudd. One thing that I especially noted was his sec-tion on Southern Maryland economy and slave labor. As part of that, I also noted that he mentions Caroline Wade (see l-a.com), but specifies that her having lived at Dr. Mudd's is only oral legend. He has found no documentation to support it.

Hopefully the folks at Google will not punish me for saying this, but Bob's site should certainly be first in Google searches for Samuel Mudd. There isn't anything even remotely in the same league as Bob's site, but still Wikipedia gets first billing. To me, anyway, that is just plain wrong.
