Sandhills Conference Speaker - Matt Macoubrie
Hey everyone,
I just thought people would like to know a little about what is going on here in "The Good Life"

Check out the article from this past weekend in a local Nebraska newspaper!

http://www.ainsworthnews.com/index.php?o...6&Itemid=9

I am going to post some information from my presentation about the Kinkaid Act of 1904 as well, because it correlates to Abraham Lincoln's passing of the Homestead Act!!

Enjoy!!!

Very good Matt! Nice to see that you are involved in these activities and are sharing what you know with others.

So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in?

Matt,

You are a good example of what us old-timers are hoping to see more of -- a new breed of scholars dedicated to all facets of the Lincoln history who are willing to continue learning and to continue teaching others. Go for it!
