I successfully tested the link to my review of White's book several times before publishing the post. Unfortunately, the version on Amazon is a preliminary one. Amazon says edits are allowed, but so far Amazon won't let me update, so I'd prefer that folks read the review accessed by the link posted on the Lincoln Discussion Symposium.
