I'm sorry but I didn't. My interest at the time was in trying to figure out why Eisenschiml thought it likely that Everton Conger killed Booth instead of Boston Corbett. I know that Eisenschiml's father's service is often given as one of the reasons Otto became interested in history, but I can provide nothing that might be considered helpful.

By the way, just out of curiosity, what makes you think he didn't serve?
