Like Gene, I am at work and can't devote the time needed to answer a question like the one posed and do it the justice it deserves. I have have several thoughts to add when I can get back to my home office and maybe some suggested reading. (Probably won't be until tomorrow night for me to get back to it as I have a late night of work tonight).
