Funeral Train

Where I live there is a local weatherman named Joe Snedeker who is a bit of a wacky on air personality. He does the weather in the backyard of the station where there is a small pond, waterfall and a garden train that goes around the pond. Yesterday he appeared with a set of tongs and took a dead bullfrog out of the pond. He placed it on the flatbed car of the train saying he wanted to give the frog a funeral like Lincoln had. The whole time he did his segment, the frog was riding on his back, legs up in the air around and around.
