Remembering Laurie

Laurie was such a wonderful person - she was very giving with her knowledge and she had a great sense of humor. I wish I knew what she forgot about the Lincoln assassination and she was an absolute whip with the history of Civil War era Southern Maryland. I'm eternally grateful for the personal tour she gave me of Booth's escape route. 

Every phone call was answered with, Hello, Yankee. I miss my Little Rebel Pal.
