His son posted the following on Linkedin:

This is Anthony's son, Michael, with very sad news to report. This past Thursday, Tony fell in the kitchen and sustained a traumatic head injury causing a massive brain bleed. We kept him on a respirator long enough for my sister to fly in from overseas to say her final good byes. He passed away peacefully on June 29 at 4 pm with family by his side.
