Rumors about Lincoln having a male bed companion in White House?

Came across this on Facebook today, prompted by presidential candidate Peter Buttigieg saying "he won't be first gay president":

There were rumors about Abe Lincoln because when Mary was out of the WH overnight, he had a male bed companion.

I have never heard of that. Has anybody?

Heard this, but related to the summer White House at the Soldiers' Home. I think it has been covered on this forum.
