The visits on the 13th and 14th were not related to collection of money. Yes, Booth owed O'Laughlen $500, but he, O'Laughlen, had come to Washington with Arnold on March 31 for the purpose of collecting the $500 and did so. See pp. 108 and 112 of Decapitating.
