Roger, from the picture I've seen (I'm not a doctor) I think Johnny was born with congenital amputation, which means he was born without certain limbs, similar to gold medal Paralympian basketball star (and Maryland Native) Trevon Jenifer, who was coached this year by Dave Taylor's brother.
