Found this video of the freedom bell with the engraved words from the Gettysburg Address dedicated to the citizens of Berlin in 1950 (see post #14) ringing (?) at noon - please skip a bit forward as in the beginning you hear the bells of a nearby church.

The bell rings each day at noon, at midnight on on New Year's Eve, and additionally to commemorate special occasions, like 9/11.

(PS: While I couldn't find an Abraham Lincoln Place, there are Abraham Lincoln Streets in Germany.)
