"A 22-year-old man was arrested and will be charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property, according to Burlington Police Lt. Brian Zmudzinski said. Zmudzinski added that the department is not naming the suspect as of Monday because they are attempting to locate a second suspect in the case."
