RE: Your best of 2015?
Being a fan of the obscure facts of history, my best Lincoln associated reads of 2015 were Kathy Canavan's "Lincoln's Final Hours" and Thomas Bogar, "Backstage at the Lincoln Assassination". I had wondered for many years about all the folks working in the theatre that night so I welcomed the Bogar book. Canavan's was equally intriguing; especially the part about William Petersen abandoning his children and the history swirling about him to go to his tailor shop for the night! Certainly not the Father of the Year. There must be more to that story.
