Laurie notes, "Near the end is a photo that shows Duff Greene’s Row and Mrs. Spriggs’s boardinghouse before it came down in the 1880s."

That is the boardinghouse where Lincoln lived when he served his one term in the House of Representatives. Mary and the boys were also there with him for the first few months of his term.
