Congratulations to Herb Swingle!
Congratulations to our very own Herb Swingle! He was just appointed by the New York State governor to be on the Office of the Aging Advisory Board! Kudos, Herb. What an honor!

P.S. Herb is already on the Ontario [Canandaigua] board now. Herb writes, "They nominated me, I have the pleasure of being on their historical board also! My research on John Surratt has paid off!
