I am not sure how important this book is, but I was in one of my old favorite bookstores today and it had two First Editions of this book with the book jackets.

Hi Martha. Thanks for posting. Personally I think this book is an invaluable resource as it's written by someone who lived at the Surratt boardinghouse. Weichmann talks about conversations, happenings, etc. that are impossible to find in any other original source. I find his recollections fascinating.
