Hey, Laurie and Betty--

Laurie, you are correct about the tarter sauce! And I've never had a banana and peanut butter sandwich, though a VFW hall I played in an Elvis tribute band served them that night in tribute to The King. By the time we took our first break, they were sold out!

Betty, my wife made some wonderful peanut butter fudge last week. I'm not a big fudge fan, but I ate more than my share of that stuff!!! As far as horseradish, I like it if it's just the horseradish and no weird additives. I had some in a great Bloody Mary recipe earlier this week. And sushi with plenty of wasabi is one of my favorites!!!
