I've been to Springfield too many times to count, and I've found that the quality of the tour guides can vary greatly. Some are very knowledgeable and do all they can to provide as much information as possible, and others treat it like they were working at McDonald's. I once had a guide tell me that tourists never paid homage to an empty sarcophagus and when I disputed this, she suddenly threw up her hands and said she was far too busy to continue.
