I also couldn't help but notice one of the first people mentioned in Stuart's acknowledgements was a member of this discussion group, Donna McCreary!

Which makes me think of Donna's book entitled The Kentucky Todds in Lexington Cemetery. Emilie is buried there. It's an excellent little book which contains some very rare photos.
