Toia, that is wording of the plea in the official court form to get her tried. Roger posted the document here:

I posted the wording of the verdict on the following page, it reads: "...Mary Lincoln is insane, and is a fit person to be sent to a State Hospital for the Insane..."

I will look up later when the decision was switched to Batavia upon Dr. Patterson's suggestion.
