Oddities of the Lincoln assassination

Oddity- that RTL was present or very near by three presidential assassinations.

(Family oddity - a very close friend of my family, not involved with the government in any way or any kind of kook, was interviewed by the Secret Service concerning one presidential assassination (Kennedy) and one attempted presidential assassination (Reagan). What are the odds of that?
