Hello,

My name is Maya Dwyer. I am playing Clara Rathbone Harris in the world premiere of Lincoln's Blood with The Covey Theatre Company of Syracuse, NY. Our director Garrett Heater sent us a link to this forum, as he ran across it online a couple days ago, and we are SO excited to hear about your enthusiasm regarding the show!! It's been a very exciting rehearsal process and we cannot wait to debut it this Saturday night. This play will be especially interesting to historians, teachers, and people like you who are fascinated by the strange and incredible stories surrounding the assassination.

On a personal note, I ran across this forum a while ago as I was doing some character research. I am amazed by the depth and breadth of knowledge shared between you on this page. It is quite impressive and has been a great resource to me!

If you have any questions about the production, please feel free to ask! I am happy to answer, but I can always direct questions to other cast members or our director. On behalf of everyone at The Covey Theatre Company, we hope you will consider attending this show! We really enjoy discussing the characters and details of these events, and would love to meet you all in person to hear your thoughts.
