I think that Mrs.Grant saw and felt the obivious assassination threat to her beloved husband and Lincoln.Maybe she knew what was coming.Hey-you never know-and premonitions might come true.Perhaps there was a bigger conspiracy that has been hiding in plain sight right in front of our research noses.The police tell us to keep light on a timer for security reasons when we leave the house or make your house well-lit when you are home.Even Cub-Scouts now carry a walkie-talkie when they come to your door.Sad-but-true!
