Wow...I know exactly where that is...we used to go almost to that very spot to view Columbus Day parades marching past the Statehouse!

Downtown Columbus with the Scioto River running alongside is so, so beautiful, and so clean one can eat off the sidewalks. Downtown Los Angeles, in comparison, is a slum.
