He definitely has Native American features, and I remember Mike's question, so I put two and two together.

This person has no direct connection to Lincoln, but one of his relatives does. Who is he?

Roger was on the right track. It isn't Omar Conger, but rather is Everton Conger's other brother, Seymour B. Conger.
