RE: Roger's Dinner
Roger has temporarily closed an interesting discussion so it's time to play another round of "Roger's Dinner"
We have a new twist in the game this time. We're not sure if Roger is eating at home or going out. Which will it be? Answer it correctly to go on to the bonus round. Laurie is at home cooking dinner so we have a new spin off game cooking show titled "What's Laurie Cookin' Up? Be sure to stand by for our Special Edition of "Face the Forum" We'll investigate the questions you want to know....Will Gene C have to eat crow, or will he just have a healthy side order of Humble Pie? Our Yoga experts discuss......Is it possible to stick your foot in your mouth while having egg on your face? and in our health and beauty report.....Can a bald person be accused of splitting hairs? So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in? |

RE: Roger's Dinner
1) Roger and Vicki are eating at home. Probably pasta, something simple
2)Laurie is preparing baked chicken, string beans and a salad. No dessert |

RE: Roger's Dinner
Wow, it's been two years since we played Roger's Dinner. You know the rules
So what are they having for dinner?. I'm guessing a burger from Shoney's Big Boy Restaurant even though Weight Watcher's tried to get them to take down the statues. https://i.pinimg.com/736x/c8/15/ff/c815f...660f16.jpg The Hair Club for Men wanted them left alone. So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in? |

RE: Roger's Dinner
That's a wonderful choice, Eva. The grouper there is the best!

RE: Roger's Dinner
The "Roger's Dinner" thread has been postponed for 2-3 weeks due to the recent Corona virus containment efforts.
So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in? |

RE: Roger's Dinner
However, it's amazing how especially the younger generations solidarize and help - in every apartment house or supermarket or on lamp posts you see notices posted by young people that offer free help with shopping, baby sitting etc for seniors or people at risk who do not dare to go out themselves or don't know where to leave the kids to go to work due to closed schools and kindergartens.
The young generation seems promising (same as for Fridays for Future). |
