What book have you not read but should? - Rob Wick - 07-08-2023 01:30 PM

I am currently listening to Carl Sandburg's single volume distillation of his six-volume set. Even though I have read various parts of Sandburg I never started at the beginning and read it through. It got me to wondering if there were any books that you feel you should read about Lincoln but haven't?

Best

I will answer with The Last Lincolns - The Rise and Fall of a Great American Family by Charles Lachman. This book is not specifically about Abraham, but it's been sitting on my bookshelf for roughly 15 years, and I haven't touched it.
