For those of you interested in newspaper research, the Mississippi Archives released a large batch of digitized newspapers to the Chronicling America website. Here's a copy of their press release:

We have great resources in Mississippi! You have of course MDAH & The Mississippi Library Commission. Also , the Two Museums of Civil Rights & Museum of Mississippi History ! Nice person to talk to who’s in charge of the Mississippi History Bookstore is MS Haley Yurkow ! Give her a call as well as any of the other places on historical research on anything Mississippi!
