Bob Cook has sent a very appropriate advertisement from eBay given the unfortunate actions of one gentleman from Florida this week:

I tried to cut and paste the political cartoon that Nast created in 1879, but failed. It is a good historical point, however, that politics can turn ugly and brutal on many levels and at any point in world history.
