I've seen that displayed at Ford's Theater before. I saw this author presentation last Fall at the White House Historical Association (of which I am a member) that focuses on African Americans who have served in the White House kitchen. The book is The President's Kitchen Cabinet by Adrian Miller and I strongly recommend it.
