President Lincoln may have used an "Emoticon" inn 1862? - LincolnMan - 09-21-2012 08:07 AM I found this "Lincoln" bit of news-although it is not new as the story came out in 2009. It seems there is the question or possibility that Lincoln used an "Emoticon" in writing one of his speeches.
