Lincoln's Other Mary: The Courtship of Mary Owens - Susan Higginbotham - 04-23-2016 I got this in the mail today. Published in 1946, it's a collaboration between Olive Carruthers, who wrote the story of Lincoln's courtship of Mary Owens as a historical novel, and R. Gerald McMurtry, who contributed an appendix detailing what history tells us about the courtship. Looks like a good read.
