Lily Tolpo 1917-2015 - Thomas Lapsley - 02-10-2015 11:02 PM It is with sadness that announce that Mrs. Lily Tolpo, noted artist and sculptor, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015 at the age of 97. Among her works was the bronze statues of Lincoln and Douglas at the Debate Square at Freeport, Illinois.
