I would like to welcome Larry Mansch to our new forum. Larry is the author of Abraham Lincoln, President-Elect: The Four Critical Months from Election to Inauguration. Additionally, Larry ghost-wrote the George McGovern biography of Lincoln.
Welcome, Larry! I remember you from the old ALO Mailbag. This is getting very nostalgic to see some familiar names from that group reappear here.

Great to have you join our forum, Mr. Mansch. I'm one of the Lincoln assassination nuts, but I hope to learn much more about Lincoln in general through this great forum; and I'm delighted to see so many experts joining so that I can get a good education.
