If that's a gun in her hand and if her dress is as modern as I think it is supposed to be, I'm going to go to my generation of assassination attempts and guess either Sara Jane Moore or Squeaky Fromme, who both tried to do in Gerald Ford just weeks apart.

Jacqueline Kennedy ?

I think the red hair may be important. Despite the modern style, I'll say Mrs Sarah Griffin wife of General Griffin. Mind you, Ive no idea if she had red hair.

Sorry for delay - so many chores left on the to-do list before departure to care of I didn't get a real break until now.
Good ideas but none correct - Gene so far is the closest as she's/was a First Lady.

Nancy Reagan.

Bill must be correct on this one also, if we stick to the assassination theme -- and red was Mrs. Reagan's favorite color, I believe.

BTW: Happy Birthday, Eva.

Excellent, Bill and Laurie, here's the entire scene:

Laurie: 7
Bill B.: 4
Dennis: 2
Roger: 2
Susan: 1
Gene: 1
Leon: 1

(Thanks, Laurie! )
PS: As for the McKinley-towel - it "is" actually a(n XXL) 500-$-bill.

Well then - here's one last scene from "Assassination! The Brick Chronicle of Attempts on the Lives of Twelve US Presidents":

Who is/was he?

RE: Twelve Days of Xmas Trivia - L Verge - 01-06-2018 07:55 PM

Hinckley?

RE: Twelve Days of Xmas Trivia - wpbinzel - 01-06-2018 08:30 PM

I concur with Laurie.

RE: Twelve Days of Xmas Trivia - Eva Elisabeth - 01-06-2018 09:14 PM

Nope, sorry. (Hihi...)

RE: Twelve Days of Xmas Trivia - wpbinzel - 01-06-2018 09:19 PM

John Lennon.

RE: Twelve Days of Xmas Trivia - Eva Elisabeth - 01-06-2018 09:54 PM

Absolutely correct, Bill! (I've long given up amazement...)
Hinckley was actually very close, too:

Leon: 1

Actually, John Lennon was my first thought from what looks like gun shots to his back, but I took the name of the book (which I have never seen) literally, so John Hinckley, Jr. seemed the likely answer.

And since it is after midnight in Kiel, Lisa and I join in wishing you a Happy Birthday!!!

And congratulations on a well done Twelve Days of Christmas Trivia!!!!

A triple thanks much, Bill! In Austria, John Lennon Ascension äh Assassination Day is actually a public holiday (although rather a religious one dedicated to Mary's conception...). And thanks for your supply of unique photos!

I have a last question that I'm afraid excludes Bill B. from fair play participation - where is this?

(And a very last scene from the brick book - too easy to serve as a serious question, so just dedicated to Betty: )

Frederick W. Seward and Lewis Powell.
