Well, who could forget that smile? Big Grin

Hannah Armstrong Wilcox (she remarried after Jack died and is buried in Petersburg, IL under a stone with the Wilcox name--Jack is buried in the Old Concord Cemetery). More info than you wanted?!

Oops! I see Gene beat me to it--HaHa.

Kudos, Joe! That's her.

I need to thank two people for making me think of this photo. First, thanks to Anita for her post of another Hannah picture. And thanks to Gene for his "unforgettable smile" comment that made me think to post this photo.

RE: Who is this person? - Anita - 08-26-2013

Joe and Roger, Thanks for the Hannah photo. I think I'm developing the same smile. I hope no one catches me on their Google glasses!

Way out guess: Thomas Jones?

RE: Who is this person? - RJNorton - 08-27-2013

Good guess, Reignette. But I am sorry; it's not him.

William Duff Armstrong

RE: Who is this person? - RJNorton - 08-27-2013

I cannot get one by you, Joe. That's him!

RE: Who is this person? - Eva Elisabeth - 08-27-2013

Joe, you really take the cake, kudos. (I was almost going to guess a descendant of Simon Cameron...) If one knows who this is, it's indeed impossible to deny he was his mother's son.

RE: Who is this person? - Gene C - 08-27-2013

He has her smile

RE: Who is this person? - L Verge - 08-27-2013

No disrespect, but did Mrs. Armstrong play the mother role in Psycho?

RE: Who is this person? - Joe Di Cola - 08-27-2013

And, just in case you are wondering about Mr. Armstrong, here is his photo. Not as scary!

Not scary at all! I would never have imagined Jack Armstrong looking so respectable!

He also looks a little pudgy. This photo must have been taken quite a few years after the famous wrestling match.
