I used an older edition of the Journal of the Lincoln Assassination as the source for most of the names.

People aren't exactly jumping at this one, so I'll just give the answer. Fred Hatch had an article on this subject about 3 years ago in the Journal of the Lincoln Assassination. The prize would have been free drinks for your entire party at Taltavul's, but we'll have to save that for a later time.
