James Brady passed away at the age of 73, he was permanently disabled from the gunshot wound when he was 41.
The length of time between his being shot -35 years, that he was able to survive his horrific injuries and lived another 33 years, may have something to due with Hinckley's release.

Sad thing, most American's no longer remember the Reagan years. While you may not agree with his policies, he brought back pride and respect in what our country stands for. We had a little more respect for our leaders and government back then, those feelings seem to have eroded during the past 8 years.

Tomorrow's the big day. Killing Reagan will premiere at 8 on Nat Geo. Leading up to that starting at 4. There will be a marathon of Killing movies including Killing Lincoln leading up to the premiere.
