Nope, not any of the Mudds. The conspirator connected to this man was not Dr. Samuel Mudd. The connection was not that of being a relative; he was connected to the conspirator in another way.

Susan, as far as I know, this person had no connection whatsoever to the Petersen House. He became part of the overall Lincoln assassination saga later on in the series of events that came after President Lincoln died.
