Missing Plane and Mysteries of the Lincoln Assassination - HerbS - 03-19-2014 08:40 AM

The Media is allover the missing plane recently.I feel that these Mysteries are very much like the Lincoln Assassination! Let's hear some of your ideas and SPECULATION!-Thanks-

Good question, Herb, but every "expert" I see on TV seems to have a different idea. Who knows. My heart goes out to the families as they await news.

The Internet is full of discussions and ideas, some of which are far out. Example - here is a question I saw on another website: "Could a parallel universe have immediately swelled up from random cosmological fluctuation according to the multiverse theory and swallowed the flight into its folds?"

I love that one Roger. Another one is: the plane was hijacked by terrorists. You haven't heard them claim it yet because they wanted people to think the plane went down in the ocean. In reality they are planning to pack the plane with a nuclear weapon and fly it to the US. If they are successful the plane will land and they can set off the weapon, if the plan fails and the plane is shot down the weapon will explode in the atmosphere unleashing an EMP which will knock out the power grid.

I think the plane fell into the ocean at a high rate of speed and disintegrated.
Think that opinion will get me on TV?

RE: Missing Plane and Mysteries of the Lincoln Assassination - HerbS - 03-19-2014 03:22 PM

There are so many"experts" on TV,no theory gives me a real clue to what happened!

RE: Missing Plane and Mysteries of the Lincoln Assassination - L Verge - 03-19-2014 03:51 PM

I'll counter Jerry and say that the plane glided gently downward and hit the ocean with a minimum of force, sinking to the bottom of the Indian Ocean and releasing little debris that will float two miles upwards to the surface. Wasn't there a movie way back when that had this scenario and the passengers lived to be rescued? Sort of a Poseidon Adventure with an airplane instead of a ship?

We can compare it perhaps to the feelings that the federal forces had as they spent the first week to ten days trying to figure out where in the heck John Wilkes Booth was.

Laurie,Your comparison to the Federals and hunting down Booth is Fantastic!

RE: Missing Plane and Mysteries of the Lincoln Assassination - JMadonna - 03-19-2014 05:51 PM

If only the Federals had Courtney Love back then.

RE: Missing Plane and Mysteries of the Lincoln Assassination - L Verge - 03-19-2014 06:15 PM

Agreed. And I haven't figured out why Shirley MacLaine hasn't channeled one of the passengers yet... And, I apologize for making light of this very serious situation. I just get so tired of the news media trying to fill time and earn credit ratings at the expense of the anxious families.

Being a fan of the TV series Fringe- I love the idea of the multiverse swallow up. Dr. Bishop help us! (You have to know the show to know who Dr. Bishop is).

I remember a Twighlight Zone episode, "The Odyssey of Flight 33", where a plane flies through an electrical storm (?) and goes into the past

Yes, I remember that one too. The final scene shows the plane following over landscape with dinosaurs!

The last theory I heard Today was-Maybe- just Maybe,it's in "The Bermuda Triangle"! Those poor families and the Anxiety they must be suffering!

Gene, that was one of my favorite Twilight Zone episodes. By the way, the actor who played the Captain in that episode was John Anderson who resembled Abraham Lincoln and played him numerous times. He was Lincoln in everyone's favorite (ha ha!) "Lincoln Conspiracy."

Here's the scoop: a UFO piloted by Elvis snagged the plane because there was a shipment of peanut butter and fresh bananas onboard. The King hadn't had one of his PB&banana sandwiches in eons, and he had to do something rash.
Also on the UFO was Jimmy Hoffa, who was giving mambo lessons to Marilyn Monroe and JFK
