Does anyone know of a link to a copy of the written text of Lincoln's speech at Independence Hall of Feb 23, 1861? Since the entire content of the speech is available, I assume that a copy of the speech must survive. I would like to see it written in Lincoln's hand (similar to the Nicolay copy of the Gettysburg Address, etc.)

Thanks,
Heath
Unless it's in the Robert Todd Lincoln Collection in the Library of Congress, I would be hard-pressed to know where else it might be. Most major libraries have the microfilm copy of Lincoln papers which would at least allow you to search to see if it exists. Here is a link to the index of the Lincoln collection.
