ISeeing I've never seen this one before, I say it was taken in her younger years.
Judging from the dress, I say that the photo was dated sometime in the mid to early 1850s....
And - if one looks at the cover of the
Laura Keene Schottisch dated 1856 - it looks like she's wearing the same dress on the cover....

No, I'm going with the one I found at Harvard Theatre Collection, that I showed at the conference, in which she's wearing her Act III dress from
Our American Cousin.

She was quite attractive. Sad, that except for her part in the Lincoln assassination story, no one would be likely to know her name today.
