Which President (as ex-President) was once hospitalized in a hospital whose name was the same last name as his?

If Garfield was ever hospitalized in D.C., I'll take a stab at that 'cause our city had a Garfield Hospital.

Excellent, Eva. It was William Henry Harrison. It is not known to whom these words were directed. My source suggests the words were meant for John Tyler (not present in the bedroom at the time), but it's just a guess.
