I forgot to comment on Sarah's trips between Canada and Richmond.
Anytime Sarah passed through New York, she visited either Her Mother or her brothers. I KNOW her mother was there, but her brothers moved around (Her father had died earlier in North Carolina)
If they were not in NY, they were in Jersey -just across the Hudson.
As for her "Papers" trip, She left Richmond at least 5 days before the good Reverend left the same place, but they arrived in Canada the same day, Where do you suppose Sarah was ?
