The Internet Archive has thousands of digitized folders of Lincoln material from the Lincoln Financial Foundation Collection. Quite a few of the folders are assassination related. Here is a link to a listing of all 3,000+ entries from the collection on the Internet Archive:

There are also other accounts available for surnames beginning with A-E, F-H, J-R (that you mention) and S-Z. I don’t know what happened to surnames beginning with the letter I. Maybe none was recorded or I missed it.
