I'm just about 65 pages into the book plus reading the epilogue, Kathy's style is so unbelievably fluid and easy to read. This book, page for page may be in the top 3 books I've read on the Lincoln Assassination. And I've read more than 3.

Will it, Kathy?
Indeed! This will be a best seller - I, too received a pre-copy and can't wait to "get into" it!

Congratulations, Kathy!
Kathy's books arrived at the Surratt gift shop today. $28 plus $3 postage. Life Members of the Surratt Society get a 15% discount off of the $28 price.

Yay! Mine's on the way!
I've been reading it over the weekend. Lots of great details, and a compelling narrative style.

Thank you, Roger. I hadn't seen this. I really like the photo they used.
Speaking of photos, I like your new avatar!
Here's another article about Kathy. The upcoming Surratt Conference is mentioned.

Great article! Wish I could go see Kathy discuss the book. I'm definitely going to buy a copy now. Sounds like it is quite a good read!
There is an interview with Kathy here.
Kathy is absolutely great here.
One of my disappointments about not attending the Surratt Conference this year was the missed opportunity to hear Kathy Canavan speak about her book. Perhaps another time! As I read her book, I felt I was immersed in an engaging history lesson - the kind I longed for when I was in school.
